Beautiful (old historical building) hotel. Good location. For those who like to run in the morning this is the perfect place. The hotel is located on the river promenade. Near the stop of the tram and 15 minutes to the city center. Many restaurants nearby. Very nice, cozy and clean room. We had a two- level room. Comfortable mattress and pillows, good quality linen. Very good breakfast and restaurant in the hotel. Cozy spa complex with swimming pool and sauna. Special thanks to the hotel team for organizing the birthday party. Everything was done well and beautifully. Would like to return to this hotel again.

We chose the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside because of the studio room, which was ideal for our small family, and because there was an indoor pool. The room was great, well equipped mini kitchen, and very clean. The staff were friendly, although several could have had more training before being sent front of house. Even so, our requests were all met rapidly and above all, with willingness.

The quiet location, the historic building, the frendly helpful staff, an excellent breakfast. A pool and a sauna were a bit small, but the water temperature was quite right - a nice addition after a long day of walking. Would stay again and recommend All in all we enjoed the stay very much

It’s such a beautiful building and tastefully decorated. The staff were all very kind, very professional and very attentive. It’s in a good location being 30 min walk from the centre which is slightly out the way of all the hustle and bustle but also easily accessible.
